We were happy to hear from Autumn, and she was excited to schedule a laid back and fun, family photo session. Well, we love fun, and on the day of their family photo session 2-year-old Mara was ready to go! She was absolutely adorable, active and wiggly like many 2-year-olds. Mara had the best giggle, and we had the great time keeping her laughing. If the little ones want to move around during their photo session, we have great ideas for photos to best capture them on the move. Sometimes, you have to let the little ones have their moment and do their thing, and then we can bring them back in for some great, cuddly shots.
This time of year, we find Chesnut Park in Palm Harbor to be a fantastic family portrait backdrop. It's like walking through a lovely forrest and there are picturesque bridges, boardwalks and ponds. It's a large park so it can feel like we have the park to ourselves. We find our clients LOVE exploring the park with us, and sometimes we find a new place for photos.
Posed photos are nice, and we always have plenty of ideas for posed shots; but candid photos can capture your unique family. We strive to capture moments of families enjoying each other - laughing, walking, dancing, tickling. It's those moments you're being your true selves and having fun. With over 25 years of experience and thousands of photo sessions under our belt, we know we're going to capture photos that are beautifully composed and lit; but when we our clients see their photos and say, "You really caught OUR family, OUR personality!" That makes our hearts sing!
