Recently, we spent a lovely morning at Lettuce Lake Park with the Gonzalez Family. Karina is expecting and due very soon, so we were glad we were able to capture these lovely maternity and family photos they can treasure always. 2-year-old Lucas is so excited for the arrival of his new sister, Daniella! We wish them all the best, and look forward to meeting little Daniella.

Here are some tips for your maternity photo session:

• We recommend being about 32-36 weeks along for your maternity session, but every pregnancy is different. Some women prefer to do their session a little sooner or a little later.
• Wondering what to wear? You can check out our Maternity Portfolio and our What to Wear Guide for inspiration. 
• Yes, bring the kids and/or the pets. If you do so, you may want to bring someone to assist with them as we capture couple photos and photos of the glowing mom-to-be.
• Want to bring props? OK, but keep in mind, with props less is more. If you have any questions, we are always here to provide guidance.
• As always, bring water, a brush or comb, a mirror, a towel and some blotting cloths or powder to ensure you feel/look your best during your session.
