Senior Pictures Ideas Sand Key Beach in Clearwater

We're often offering up senior pictures ideas to our clients, and at the top of the list is a great location. Sand Key Beach in Clearwater is one of the Tampa areas best photo session locations. This is certainly true for senior pictures. It is obviously a gorgeous beach, but it also has a lovely park area, boardwalks, life guard stand, tiki hut and sandy paths. This is prefect for senior photos because we usually are doing more than 1 look. We usually recommend a casual outfit and then something a little dressier, and you can even include a sport or band uniform or jersey from your favorite football team. 

Another reason we love Sand Key Beach is it is less crowded than Clearwater Beach and other beaches as well. We don't have to worry about people being in the background, and seniors have more space and it easier to feel comfortable. Our main goal is to capture stunning portraits, but a close 2nd to that is ensuring our seniors feel comfortable during their photo sessions. Your senior pictures experience should be fun!

We start in the park area because the light is gorgeous that time of day. 

We then move down to the boardwalks, sand paths and beach. By the end of the session, we take advantage of the glorious colors of the sunset. Every sunset is unique, just like our seniors!
